1. Custom-Made Clothing

Each of our garments is individually crafted to your specifications—including fabric, color, and design—making every piece one of a kind.

 📌 As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered:

We will review your case and offer:

📦 Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition for the return to be eligible.

3. Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • After 24 hours, your item enters production and cannot be canceled, as it’s a made-to-order product.

4. Return Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item qualifies for a return or replacement due to an error on our part:
Steps to Follow:

  1. Email us at modyourself.072@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, issue details, and photos.
  3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  4. Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll either:
  • Send a replacement, or
  • Process a refund—based on your preference.

📌 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

As all items are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for reasons such as sizing or style changes.
Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, contact us—we’re happy to assist with measurements and fit advice.

6. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defect).
For returns initiated by the customer, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing promotional or discounted items.
